批馬失言談納莉 綠：人民痛苦當政績

總統馬英九昨天在國民黨中常會上，指出2001年納莉颱風時，台北市淹水嚴重，台北捷運不知不覺扮演了滯洪池的角色。民進黨發言人林俊憲說，馬總統這番談話是失言。

林俊憲說，當時淹水原因，經過監察院糾正調查後判定是人為疏失，玉成抽水站怠忽職守，捷運又未施作防水閘門，讓台北市交通癱瘓一星期，捷運清洗數月，人民痛苦不堪，卻被馬總統當成滯洪池。

他批評，當時水淹首都，還讓日本媒體大幅報導，成為國際笑話，馬卻沾沾自喜、自我吹噓。人民財產損失可以避免而未避免，把人民痛苦當作政績，馬總統的思考邏輯凡人無法理解，對不起無辜受難的台北市民眾。
