康芮颱風襲彰化地層下陷民宅傾斜

康芮颱風暴雨為彰化縣帶來大雨，彰化市安溪東路51巷「江南花園城」社區，28戶房屋傾斜、地基掏空且地板大規模龜裂，100多名住戶連夜撤離，今天早上彰化縣長卓伯源勘災，協助住戶安置在榮民安養中心、及彰化市南瑤宮。

「牆上的裂縫怎麼愈來愈大？且延伸到客廳地板」從大陸嫁到台灣的黃姓婦人說，今天凌晨她聽到「劈劈啪啪」聲響，抬頭一看就發現牆上裂縫，她趕緊叫醒老公和一歲大的兒子離開，想不到早上回家連牆壁也裂了，看了直說難過。

消防局動員特種搜救隊人員協助災民搬遷，今天傍晚前完成撤離後將封鎖現場，禁止民眾進入。
