看房時發現陽台有個邊壓器

請教有經驗的大大,
小弟今天和老婆去看永和一個17年大樓的社區房子,
雖然對格局和View都很滿意, 但是在放洗衣機的陽台上面發現了一個不大不小的變壓器,
( 大約1公尺立方大小 )
仲介和屋主說這個是建商一開始蓋好就有的, 而且每戶都有,

因小弟是想買來長期租人的, 如果電磁波很強, 會嚇跑要租房的人,
請問這種變壓器是否電磁波會不會很強呢?
