我是個上班族, 最近在各大租屋網找台南東區或永康的大坪數套房(電梯+陽台+可炊)

租屋網大致有兩種選擇: 比如, 坪數差不多, 什麼都不包也不含傢俱電器的便宜空屋(4,500)或標榜一卡皮箱入住但價格很昂貴(11,000含管+網路+第四台)

我預計要租至少兩年, 且得再租汽車停車位...因為沒有租屋經驗, 所以不知道哪種比較划得來

站上大大能給點建議嗎? 謝謝~
