至於恐慌的問題, 個人覺得主要是距離感的問題
開放水域你會覺得終點似乎遙不可及

這個靠實際下水練習就可以改善了

至於會被撈起來, 除了開放水域恐慌外
緊張亂了方寸也是原因

不過最大原因應該是被水中格鬥給擊昏了
天下一武鬥會可不是假的
