日光燈是? 電子式? 傳統用電感和點燈器的?

另外螢幕會黑，是沒有訊號，還是連背光都不亮，就像關機一樣?

我個人猜測是點燈器閃爍的時候，透過輻射和直接傳導讓數位訊號污染，
讓電視收到無效的訊號，導致黑屏，重新讀取到有效訊號後就正常了。

所以才會有D-sub(類比)正常，DVI(數位)不正常的情形。

最便宜的解決方式就是換日光燈安定器，換成電子式的。
