標題[問題] 貸款中房屋想脫手轉現金是否可行?

家中是國宅 前幾年因經濟需要貸款約250萬 後來媽媽陸續又因信用卡、個人信貸整合等 約欠下快100的欠款 每個月房貸需繳交10000元左右 目前約需在繳10-15年(剩餘金額約120萬左右) 而我媽個人信貸約12000/月 (要繳至107年) 再加上生活支出 等於把所有人的薪水都放在這無底洞裡 現在想了個辦法 把房子賣掉轉現 先把所有欠款結束掉 再看剩餘多少錢來決定是否付另一棟房子頭期 若剩餘不多就選擇租屋 想請問各位這樣的辦法是否可行? 我們家這邊的國宅(含車位 12年宅) 之前看開價大概落在600W左右 (但我猜實際成交應該在500-550) 若房子本身有貸款的狀態 是否會影響賣出價格? 因為有點急. 還希望各位大師幫忙指點 若在此PO文不妥 還請版主刪文 因為我不知道該PO在這裡還是LOAN版... 謝謝大家幫忙了!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.165.59
