夕照列文化景觀？立委槓新北市府

淡水夕照算不算文化資產？新北市政府計畫在淡水河口建147億淡江大橋，「反淡橋護夕陽陣線」質疑淡水夕照美景將受阻，依文資法向新北市文化局申請夕照為「文化景觀」，但文化局認定「夕照是自然景觀、沒有人為成分」打回票，雙方引發論戰。

立委鄭麗君要求，文化景觀主管機關、文化部長龍應台應對此事表態。

詩人鴻鴻、知名歌劇演唱家曾道雄等藝文界人士今天開記者會指出，他們主張應開聽證會邀專家學者及民間團體，討論是否有建橋必要。新北市文化局文資科長曾繼田說，文化景觀須與人文互動，但夕照是自然景觀，無法列入。至於民團申請淡水河口是「清法戰爭」古戰場部分，申請列入文化景觀，目前受理中。

文化部文資局副局長粘振裕表示，建議新北市文化局先開文化景觀審議委員會，由委員做評估，不要片面回絕民間申請。
