標題[問題] 台中市南區預售案

有個預售案聽說快推了 想請問請問板上各位好手前輩 總太建設 在忠明南路vs美村南路 威尼斯游泳池那塊地的新推案 值得買嗎? 聽說會推均價25以上 有沒有南區這邊的先進可以分析看看 自住為主 過幾年有小孩要賣的話應該不會賠吧? 生活機能好像不錯 不過南區新屋房價到25萬以上合理嗎? 交通好像比較差? 離國道和環中都有段路 懇請賜教 --
