地點：中壢市中山東路一段223巷89弄 (中原至尊社區) 坪數：7坪 租金：4700~5000元 (包水、管理費、網路、第四台) (前幾個月房東都會優惠幾百) 電費另計一度4.5元 房內設備：單人床、書桌、衣櫃、冰箱、電視、電視櫃、冷氣、洗衣機、熱水器 房間敘述： 房間浴室都有對外窗戶， 垃圾車時間管理室會廣播大家把垃圾拿下去，他們會幫忙倒。 因為本身工作關係，要搬去桃園市宿舍。 剩下租約雖然房東沒有跟我計較，但是想說幫他找找看房客。 房東人非常好，有求必應，有問題都晚上下午就來處理，且為人很老實。 設備都是自己房間獨立的~ 非常方便。 我租到9月底，如果有需要可以跟我聯絡。 因為本人還住在這裡，所以想看房間照片的 請站內信給我~ 聯絡方式：站內信 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.58.189.154 ※ 編輯: hi1234 來自: 61.58.189.154 (08/25 15:40)
