其實這些CPBL 和MLB網站都有寫清楚阿, (我複製過來給大家參考看看,如果有引用錯誤,請大家指正,謝謝) CPBL :
http://www.cpbl.com.tw/Rule/CPBLRules.aspx 規則10.07 F)除10.07(G)之情形外， 於最終局擊球員擊出安打而獲得超過對方的致勝分時， 對該擊球員只給予與獲致勝得分之跑壘員所進的壘同數的壘打， 但擊球員亦須安全進至該數目之壘。 【原附註】依照6.09及7.05之各項規定，准許擊球員獲得數個安全進壘權長打時， 亦適用本項規定。 【註】擊球員須正規觸及上述相同之壘數，又例如最後一局，跑壘員佔二壘時， 擊球員擊出跳入觀席之致勝安打時，擊球員為獲二壘，須正規地到達二壘。 但跑壘員佔三壘時，擊球員擊出前述之安打，雖也進入了二壘，但記錄上 僅給予一壘打。 PS 規則6.09 7.05就是指那些如場地二安那種規則安打, MLB :

Rule 10.06(f) Comment: The official scorer shall apply this rule even when the batter is theoretically entitled to more bases because of being awarded an "automatic" extra-base hit under various provisions of Rules 6.09 and 7.05. --
