小妹從小就有低血壓的症狀為避免昏倒每次洗澡都要休息好幾次然後起床的時候也要花很長的時間清醒很容易就感到疲倦無力血液循環也不好 google了一下有人說洗澡要用低溫也有人說要用高溫休息分多次洗搞得我好亂啊QQ 想請問一下低血壓有需要就診嗎? 有什麼保養方法嗎? 可能會造成什麼後遺症嗎? 或是有什麼方法可以解決低血壓造成的疲倦感嗎? 還有洗澡到底是要用上述哪兩種方法呢? 感謝Q_Q -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.232.19
