【套房出租】 地點：中興公寓站（台北市文山區木柵路二段354號）（馬明潭站附近） 租金：10000／月，含水、網路（60M）、第四台，電費另計 押金：兩個月 設備：走廊有飲水機，頂樓是曬衣場，獨立浴室有洗衣機（蓮蓬頭水很強，電熱 水器很安全），房間裡有冰箱、冷氣、液晶電視、除濕機、衣櫥、雙人床、桌椅。 交通：門口就有站牌，5分鐘內一定能等到公車，花10分鐘往景美或大坪林，轉 搭捷運新店線（或反向搭棕6到政大）；或者，花5分鐘走到馬明潭，可以搭236 往公館或政大；要去後門則從馬明潭搭綠2，從興隆路到木新路上。 其他：附近有超商，房子剛裝潢好，很新。走廊和室內都是木質地板，建築物是 矮矮的三樓，一切都乾淨、明亮。門口有監視器、有停機車的空間。房間大小約 6坪，廁所不小，現在住著兩個人。其實才租了2個月，卻因臨時決定出國留學， 只好轉租。房東人很好喔。 意者請洽：陳同學 0921-411-036。謝謝：） 照片：https://www.dropbox.com/sh/l0iy0yos8gcnki0/eXU6tz_4Wt -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.212.233
