英傑華基金總代理第一金投顧表示，受惠歐洲央行的擴張性貨幣政策措施、全球經濟提前好轉和整體財政緊縮速度趨緩，歐元區在經歷連續6季的經濟衰退後，近日多項數據顯示，歐洲區可能已脫離最壞時期：8月製造業採購經理指數升至50.3的兩年高位，高於7月的48.8，數值終於重回擴張區，可望為第3季GDP帶來貢獻。

歐元區失業人數亦由1929萬人降至1927萬人，是兩年多來首次下降，且歐盟27個國家的失業率下降至10.9％。
