中央氣象局表示，由於太平洋高壓持續籠罩在台灣上空，白天晴朗炎熱，大台北地區高溫可達37度，其他各地高溫也有33到36度。今天中午12時50分，台北高溫38.5度，創今年新高記錄。

氣象局呼籲，中午前後紫外線指數易達到過量，戶外活動要記得做好防曬措施，並且多喝水避免中暑。
