請教一下 像置底買賣文裡 出售補習班函授和講義 (皆原版) 這樣是違反著作權法91-1條的嗎? 我在PttLifeLaw版 有問這個問題 #1H_GLFQp 篇 可是有人解釋這樣是違法的...... 如果是這樣 拍賣網站 barterbooks版 和本版的這些賣家 都是遊走法律邊緣嗎? 還是只是看補習班或書商告不告而已? 謝謝指教 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.228.119
