CD擷取無損問題

以前都是用買光碟機送的Nero 10來轉成FLAC
可是最近重灌電腦後重灌Nero要擷取時卻出現我的Nero版本不支援FLAC功能
真奇怪明明是同一張光碟灌出來的卻有功能差異後來就找上了Sony自家的
Media Go 播放器來轉結果放進去轉到第11首時光碟機突然轉速突然下降
傳來怪聲... 他好像不像Nero那樣有安全模式能選
然後聽的時候第10~15首專出來聽起來都有問題有些地方會斷掉
後來又在試一次結果還是一樣後來仔細看我的日盤上面出現了輕微的刮傷

請問各位有什麼比較好用的擷取軟體?
網路上似乎滿多人推EAC 不過介面好像不是很好用...
而且好像也沒有以上兩個軟體都有非常方便的Gracenote資料庫功能
