受託行使公權力之團體，可以發布法規命令，是不是只能必需是由法律直接授予，其授權法律有委任發布命令之規定。才可發布法規命令。但換成是行政機關用行政契約或行政處分授予，受託行使公權力之團體就不能發布法規命令了。困擾了很久，謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.37.243
