放寬港澳居民居留 延期年限為2年

內政部移民署考量港澳居民來台的便利性，2日修正發布新辦法，放寬港澳居民居留延期年限，從1年改為2年。

移民署同時配合內政部民政司的「宗教創意產業」計畫，放寬由原先僅開放港澳居民「來台傳教弘法」得申請居留，增列港澳居民來台研修宗教教義，得申請居留，以宗教旅遊出發，增加港澳居民來台的誘因。

除此，現行港澳居民原持臨時入境停留來台，逢特殊情形得辦理延長停留，視事由為1或2個月，最新規定港澳居民持臨時入境停留來台，逢特殊情形，如懷孕、疾病或在台親屬受重傷、患重病、遭遇天災或其他不可避免的事變等，得申請入台證，停留效期自入境隔天起算，為期3個月，並依人道考量得再延期。
