為證實軍檢辦案的可信度，洪慈庸特別拿出7月5日側錄錄音檔，對話為洪仲丘的堂哥與542旅旅部連輔導長吳翼竹對話，針對「飲料事件」，確定吳翼竹對飲料事件知情，也知道士官陳以人在操弄。

洪慈庸氣憤表示，這段對話是案發後第2天，當時除輔導長外，一旁還有連長徐信正，相信兩人對送飲料一一定知情，為什麼檢方卻問不出內情？這是家屬在第一時間，自己問得，相信可信度很高，因為當時還沒有串供，但軍檢2個星期後才開始偵查542旅，是不是都已經串供完成了。
