umm 是擬聲字，類似中文『嗯』

通常 umm 用在有所遲疑的反應
(interj. Used to express doubt or uncertainty or to fill a pause when hesitating in speaking.)

umm to you. 若依此來解釋，就是『我還在考慮，請你稍安毋躁』

另一可能：
說話人只是在寫聲音，『給你一個嗯 - 啊』有可能是代表親吻。大概用在信尾表示親暱。
