標題[問題] 交屋前房仲不遵守承諾

之前要簽約前房仲說屋主願意留冷氣 但合約沒有寫 後來要簽約沒談攏 本來不簽了 房仲說幫我們負擔一半冷氣費用 但沒白紙黑字 等一下要交屋了 過戶什麼都辦好了 房仲說公司只補貼一萬 請問現在該怎麼辦呢? -- Sent from my Android --
