特殊單位的考試確實有必要提高體測門檻 只以少數項目判斷體能...有盲點 以調查局為例...前人就說過了,考進去之後的訓練期間之所以會刷掉人 扣除他項因素之外...體能不佳也是一大因素 這不是浪費國家資源兼浪費人生時間嗎? 別說公務人員不需要體能...那些特殊級職的工作本來就需要兼顧體力腦力 說穿了...那些不是只有考高分就進的了的地方, 知識的學習能力只是一項可資參考的重要標準罷了,重要但不是唯一 諸如體測,體檢,面試,心理測驗各項淘汰機制 就是用來檢視那些很會考試的潛在不適任人員 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.16.193 ※ 編輯: ZenEmpty 來自: 111.248.16.193 (07/25 23:35)
