2013 世界骨鬆日 小龍顧腰力 「脊椎健康大滿意，下腰擺臀真容易」 時間:2013年10月20日(日)，上午 07:00 - 上午 11:00 地點：澄清湖風景區及週邊道路 10月20日為世界骨鬆日，為喚醒大眾對於保骨保健康好觀念，邀請大家一同來高雄市最美後花園澄清湖慢跑及健走，現場更提供骨質疏鬆照護，腎臟照護衛教宣導。 競賽分組： (一) 路跑組（11.6公里）：依性別區分為2組 (男子組、女子組) (二) 健走組（4.2公里）：不分組別、性別、不計名次。 相關報名資訊請至官方網頁 http://ppt.cc/1G60 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.15.163.68
