鄰近有大型Shopping Center(QV,Melbourne Central),
超市(Coles, Woolworths, 華人超市),
5分鐘步行China Town, 生活十分方便.

房子一共是2房一衛浴, 24小時刷卡進出, 包水電煤及網路, 家具齊全,
即日起空出一床位, 希望招愛乾淨的房客入住!

房價$160/w, 長住可議價.
預訂住宿需付訂金$50, 如需取消住宿兩個禮拜前告知可全額退費
住宿一週(7天)以下單天以$30, 超過一週未滿整週單天以$25
房租需在入住時繳清, 長住者除外
