家父最近要考慮把板橋的房子賣掉了。是他的起家厝，所以考慮很久~ 這間套房在夜市，離捷運站約500M~600M，也做了功課~ 只是行情跟時價登入是否有差異，也不知道要找哪一家房仲比較安心？所以上來問問有賣過房子的專業大大與投資之神，有沒有推薦的？另外，必須要注意什麼重點呢？感謝各位！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.137.10.151
