最近剛要簽約買一棟剛成屋的新房子 在彰化市 關於代書費的部分建商說要買方出 上網查了一下似乎大部分是買方出 但也有買賣雙方各半的 我是跟她說既然代書費買方出 那我們可以自己找認識的代書吧 總會比較便宜 因為代書是對方找的 藉此看能不能凹看看代書費各半 他說什麼同一個社區公司統一找一位代書 印章什麼得比較不會外露 但我想就是建商又從中A一筆 請問用這種方是有辦法凹到代書費各半嗎?? -- 2012.12 D&K峇里島寶格麗飯店水上婚禮 ===>http://youtu.be/4UzzacDkr2k
