頂新獻金案 劉文雄鄭志龍作證

特偵組偵辦頂新獻金案，今天傳喚前立委鄭志龍，另二度傳喚前立委劉文雄作證。劉受訪說，「是我害了他（鄭志龍）」。

劉文雄去年底首次赴特偵組作證後表示，他在2011年上政論節目爆料，指稱總統馬英九在2008年競選總統期間，收受政治獻金新台幣2億元，給錢的是一群人，他後來還為此而挨告，不過檢察官已做出不起訴處分。他當天已將當年他的消息來源、1名科技界友人聯絡方式，交給檢察官去查證。

特偵組今天上午傳喚前立委鄭志龍作證，後來劉文雄也現身特偵組，得知鄭志龍也被傳喚一事，他說「是我害了他」。

媒體工作者周玉蔻日前指稱馬團隊收頂新集團2億元政治獻金。特偵組分查字案，由檢察官林宗志負責偵辦。
