挺養禽業 魏明谷市場嘗鴨鵝肉蛋

受禽流感疫情影響，雞鴨鵝肉買氣不振，彰化縣長魏明谷今天前往市場攤商品嘗雞、鴨、鵝肉及白煮蛋，用行動力挺相關業者。

魏明谷說，彰化縣是養禽大縣，這次雖是疫區，但疫情並不嚴重，呼籲民眾選購獸醫師檢驗合格，以及貼有防檢局屠宰衛生合格標章的禽肉。

魏明谷表示，全國兩顆雞蛋有1顆就來自彰化，縣府隨時都在要求養禽戶注意消毒防疫，彰化縣這次雖是禽流感的疫區，但疫情和別的縣市相比並不嚴重。

魏明谷說，民眾如果擔心吃到有問題的禽肉，可以挑選經獸醫師檢驗合格，同時貼有防檢局屠宰衛生合格標誌的禽肉，而禽肉和蛋品只要煮熟，安全衛生絕對有保障。
