to find +受詞＋(to be xxx)受詞補語

They found his claim (to be) reasonable.動詞為主動時，不加to be
> His claim was found to be reasonable.動詞為被動必須加上to be

We've found him (to be) the right man for the job.
> He was found to be the right man for the job.

C的答案是bare infinitive（無to的不定詞）不符語法；此外，如果用to be stolen這個不定詞，有尚未發生的意思，會造成本句邏輯出錯（事實上是皮包己經被人偷走了）

His wallet was stolen.
He found his wallet stolen.
受詞補語用及物動詞的過去分詞時，有己經發生和被動的意思，受詞his wallet是受詞補語stolen在邏輯上的受詞：Someone has stolen his wallet. > His wallet was stolen.
