運將載客起色心 強制性交未遂罪起訴

新北市53歲李姓計程車司機過去犯下多起刑案，無法辦理計程車駕駛人執業登記，他仍私下開計程車為業；上月2日晚間9時許，他在三重區載到24歲、美貌的年輕女子，起了色心，一路開到偏僻處，女子驚慌連呼「多少錢，我要下車」。

李將車門反鎖，駕駛座椅背往後倒平，抓住女子說：「妳乖一點，不要動喔」；女子極力反抗，大聲呼救，還拿起手機報警。李為了搶奪手機，毆打女子臉部，摀住她的嘴巴，但拉扯中反被咬傷右手，女子哭喊：「放過我，我不會報警」。

李見女子不斷掙扎，難以得逞，要她保證不會報警，才放人離去；女子走了很久的路，才遇到民眾協助報警。新北地檢署偵訊時，李供稱突然想上廁所才開到偏僻處，不讓女子下車是希望完成載客交易，兩人僅是車資糾紛；檢方不予採信，今天依強制性交未遂罪提起公訴。
