標題[請益] asrock h67de bios更新 與電腦卡頓

本身電腦用了三年多， 幾個月前開始會出現突然的卡頓、跳針的現象， 前幾個星期問題突然消失以為好了， 最近幾天又故態復萌。 主機是dospara的套裝電腦（剛過保），配置如下： 主機板：asrock h67de CPU：i7 2600 記憶體：adata 4g*2 + kingston 8g 顯卡：Nvidia gtx560ti PSU：gps550-ab 已經做了的動作如下： 1. 用hdtune測系統碟壞軌→顯示正常，分析磁碟也只顯示1%分散故沒有重組 2. 增加ram到16g→本來8g有時使用率會到90%，但加了一條新的8g ram後卡頓現象仍在 3. 換cpu風扇→之前cpu溫高有時會飆到80度，用occt測電壓時更會來到近90度， 但換了風扇後溫度降下來了，但卡頓、跳針現象仍在 4. 更新顯卡驅動→仍然沒有改善 有懷疑過是電供不穩的問題， 但手邊目前還沒有其他psu可以測試。 目前想先更新bios看看， 但在asrock的官網上只找得到h67de3的頁面，h67de的網頁不知為何被移除了， 想請問大家可以直接刷h67de3的bios嗎？ 或者是有什麼方法可以找出造成系統卡頓、跳針現象的原因？ 先謝謝大家了！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.224.98.186 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1409641424.A.220.html
