標題[問題] 誠心請教高雄三民房價

如題，最近常在看三民區一帶的房子，從以前唸書時的金獅湖到火車站都看，也發現大致 上公寓四五樓大概是2xx~3xx不等，大樓就再加100~50。 以一個年輕的公家魯蛇來說，還是有點壓力，想請問板上的各位，如果用300左右買公寓 租人，划算嗎？ 又，科工館跟火車站跟陽明國中一帶，哪邊比較適合投資呢？ 謝謝大家! -- Sent from my Android --
