有 20多年經驗的燒鵝黃師傅坐鎮，當日下午 4時到訪，人潮不斷，鵝香一入門就嗅聞得到，日賣 100隻鵝乃等閒事。
沿用甘家傳統天然風乾製鵝法以及秘醬醃製，用上 4至 5斤半重的黑鬃鵝，這鵝主要以素及穀物飼養，在養尊處優的環境長大，肉質佳不在話下。
