付錢卻拿不到房 建設公司負責人起訴

台北市某建設公司李姓負責人2011年向石姓男子謊稱，一次繳清預售屋的款項可享9折優惠，石信以為真付了近4000萬元後，李卻偷偷將整個建案轉手賣給其他建設公司；石付了錢卻拿不到房子，李又避不見面，報警告李涉嫌詐欺。

台北地檢署認為雙方當初已簽訂買賣契約，石也付了錢，李卻轉賣還向該建設公司謊稱「產權沒有一物數賣的情形」，顯示一開始就打算騙錢，依詐欺罪嫌起訴李。
