公投護台灣聯盟總召蔡丁貴今間7點在嘉義市中正公園「與台獨面對面」開講，因傳出有人會拉下中正公園內蔣公銅像，警方派出警力在現場嚴陣以待。

演講晚會穿插音樂表演，台獨人士黃茂傳打扮成蔣公模樣表演「穿越時間遇見講借石」政治模仿秀。
