一向以來，中菜要傳傳統統，由中國人煮就最正宗。時移世易，我們都有崇洋心態，外國名牌外籍大廚似乎格外矜貴，連中菜都要加點西方元素，才跟得上潮流大勢。歐洲名錶品牌跨界開設全球首間餐廳，選擇以中西合璧的新派中菜作主打，澳洲名廚過江香港大玩 mix and match，還有以前一直被視為呃鬼佬的唐人街中菜，也愈來愈多人捧場。是中菜還是西菜，界線都幾乎分不清，崇洋好，崇優也好，總之好食就得啦。
