不要相信政府敢房地產實價課稅併入所得稅 別的不說 你可以問看看連勝文跟柯文哲同不同意 這種問題一定沒人答應的 社會上也許對於抑制房價或是打壓房價有共識 但是對於打垮房價可是沒有共識的 只要連勝文敢宣布支持房地產實價課稅 基本上 跟宣布台北市長敗選一樣 甚至會更慘 因為這得罪的是整個城市的中產階級 多少人手上有房子 這些人是得罪不起的 至於目前抑制房價跟打壓房價 是要打給年輕人看一下 用居住正義的口號 說服中產階級願意支持讓房價低一點 至於要讓房價腰斬或是變1/3的政策 沒有一個市長候選人會支持的 幾乎90%在台北市設籍的人 家人都有台北市的房產 如果腰斬 這些人光是房價損失就是上千萬的 你覺得這群人能夠接受？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.115.122.99 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1405536756.A.584.html
