北捷慘案造成4死悲劇，震驚社會；今天上午死者之一潘碧珠在板橋殯儀館舉行公祭，包含新北市副市長侯友宜、台北市副市長丁庭宇、台北捷運公司董事長楊錫安，台北捷運公司總經理譚國光等人，皆到場哀悼致意。

潘碧珠的先生邱木森說，鄭捷父母從頭到尾神隱，從沒出現，「只能說有其子必有其父，有這樣孩子，父母親要付相當的責任，學校教育也有很大的責任。」邱木森指出，後續賠償部分仍在協調當中，「只要有誠意，我們都可以接受。」
