疾管署公布首起群聚登革熱案例

疾病管制署公布今年入夏以來首例及首起群聚本土登革熱病例，個案為45歲男性，在高雄居住與工作。高雄市政府衛生局針對個案，進行疫情調查後發現，另外兩男一女共三位病例，因為四人工作地點重疊，顯示已有群聚疫情發生。

根據疾管署統計，今年截至5月28日，共有18例登革熱本土病例，其中14例為去年本土疫情延續。其他65例均為境外移入，尤以印尼為感染來源的案例最多。

疾病管制署防疫醫師羅一鈞說，從現在起可能會陸續有登革熱零星個案出現，通常到秋天時會是流行高峰。提醒民眾若有發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉痛、關節痛、噁心及出疹等症狀，應儘速就醫。

疾管署呼籲，近日已進入夏季與梅雨季，環境中的積水容器易孳生蚊蟲，提醒民眾應加強居家環境管理、回收不需使用的閒置容器，避免孳生病媒蚊。
