假使今天我購屋,繳納第一筆款項後(還沒驗屋),而我有理由或是沒理由的情況下,想放棄購買,這樣損失些甚麼呢? 訂金? 還是多少%數呢? 合約書上面似乎沒有這一比條件?? 煩請高手大大為我解答
