上班想賺一千萬難不難?
太辛苦了!

現在住台北地區老公寓的民眾太有福氣了,只要政府多一點利益給住戶,都更順利,又可再創台灣經濟奇蹟!
舉我東區老家為例,現在80坪,1坪100萬,只值8000萬,都更之後分80坪,房價1坪150萬,只賺4000萬,我老爸意願就不高. 如果能分2戶那就好辦了,等於都更之後多了一戶,價值1億2千萬的房子,我老爸意願就非常高了.

其實這也不難,只要把房子蓋高一點就解決了,例如本來原住戶是100戶,現在蓋成300戶,住戶分200戶,建商分100戶,動腦筋發財最重要.

反正台灣人愛死房地產,尤其是台北市,可以無限量供應
如果台北地區製造出200萬戶的房子,每戶平均1億就好,就可製造出200兆的財富,股市總市值也只有30兆而已,辛苦幹活賺不了這麼多錢,配合政府都更炒房地產最實在,台北地區的民眾都是億萬富豪,豈不皆大歡喜!
