這個問題來自於我大姊的現狀，我還蠻羨慕的。我大姊十年前考上陽明海運，當時公司剛搬到基隆不久，本地考生很容易上。她說當時她的起薪只有26k～28k間（她也不是很確定，只知道這區間）。現在他36歲了，扣掉雜七雜八的，薪水竟然還有46k，簡直就是高考三等的薪水。我32歲要準備高考三等，但現在就是無業，無業0k:海運十年46k，我情何以堪！也因此連帶想到，如果同樣一個人，他選擇高考三等或國營企業，同樣工作30年，一樣的努力程度，「算入月退奉」及「不算月退奉」兩者都考量，選擇哪個到後來的待遇會比較好？謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.105.20.28 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1399637134.A.031.html
