不好意思,小魯詢問各位一下關於重購自用住宅房屋其價額超過原出售價額時，報所得稅時可以退稅但這會不會有陷阱? 因為報稅時要寫出"之前"出售的房子和現在"新購入"房子之價格! 但寫出出售的房子的價格不就讓國稅局知道你賣多少錢了? 到時會不會被實價課稅?
