台灣證券交易所表示，因新焦點去年財報每股淨值低於 5元，在台發行的新焦點TDR將自5月6日起打入全額交割股。

此外，僑威因未依規在 4月30日前公告去年財報，且自去年12月18日起暫停交易至今，依規定公告自5月6日起停止僑威TDR買賣，若停止買賣屆滿6個月未恢復買賣，將進一步終止上市。

證交所指出，持有僑威股份超過 50%的倍建國際，已依原上市地香港規定提出無條件全面現金收購的要約通知，TDR持有人如願參加收購者，可在5月19日前向券商辦理存託憑證兌回出售作業。
