搞了2～3間學生套房出租
（內容省略）

後來被綁住，還欠銀行2～3千萬…

最後他賭過了，脫手賣掉1億多……

從被套勞到變成億萬富翁。

試問，你敢賭嗎？？？

你會其中的門道嗎XD

我是做不到啦。。

回歸正題………

你除了供需要評估外，

個人覺得你還要估算………

假設你全空房，你能撐幾年？？在不濟，你能撐幾個月……

在來，可考慮樓下改建成門市……

除了樓上租套房外，

樓下也能當店面出租………

例如：醫療器材店、飲品店、自助餐店……等

你可以鎖定這些……

畢竟你才真正瞭解那裡環境與市場。
