就這麼剛好離交屋只有7天, 借屋裝修鑰匙給買方後他們說房子有漏水一定要我修, 我想這也算是我的責任沒和買方多計較什麼, 但我找的水電師傅和她推薦的水電師傅對維修方式的建議不一樣, 如果照買方的要求,除了弄漏水的地方外還會動到客廳多處, 買方還說都動工了就多裝個插座吧,反正要打牆都把整片牆重粉刷吧, 沒見過這麼貪的人, 另外又提出如果我不照她們開的條件修就要扣尾款下來, 連這種話都講的出來, 版上大大,我該如何處理較妥當.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.244.67 ※ 編輯: relativism 來自: 111.243.244.67 (03/19 20:06)
