請問新北市中和區連城路那帶的房子

想請問大大:

對於買房這種東西我是一竅不通，但家裡租屋已久...

家人想要有一間自已的房子，陸陸續續在中和板橋也看了好幾間

沒有看到想要的也因為資金有限，所以侷限的較多(資金大概900w左右)

最近看上了一戶在中和區連城路進中和高中的房子

但是價位有段差距...網路上看到那戶的價位是1180w左右

仲介說之前也有幾組去過有人出過800w多 900w

今天在跟仲介談..仲介的意思是900w以上才肯幫我們去問

原先家裡是打算850w..因為房子還需要整修一下

屋齡大概在30~35年左右..舊公寓..29坪

如果以一坪30w去出價，這樣920w的行情可以嗎？

以後增幅的行情會因為萬大線而真的有所漲幅嗎？
