洪案後勵行改革 陸軍微電影首上架

陸軍微電影下午17時在知名影音網上架，開頭就反省因洪案失去國人信心，說明軍中勵行制度改革的現狀。記者洪哲政/翻攝
陸軍製作一系列象徵在陸軍下士洪仲丘案後勵行軍中革新的微電影，今日下午17時正式在YouTube上架，（http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSEH9Pv-iLo）片頭一開始就打著「陸軍探經深受打擊，曾經士氣受挫，曾經失去國人的信心，我們痛定思痛記取教訓」等語，突顯改革軍中制度的現況。

這支近2分鐘半的微電影是第一集，近日陸續將有第2、3集在同一影音頻道上播放。這一系列微電影是陸軍自行剪輯拍攝，強調陸軍改革、堅守崗位責無旁貸，並聚焦募兵作為。
