棚燈搭配800持續燈

大大好：小弟最近要購入棚閃，原預計買兩盞小瓦數共160w，拿來拍人像，經過爬文後發現前輩們對於小瓦數的拍攝表示不理想，那麼想請教若是我加一颗可調節亮度800w的持續燈，在拍攝上是可行的嗎，若是這樣搭配會遇到什麼樣的問題？另外假如是用環型led燈搭配800w持續燈呢？目前是一個預算不高的情況求可但要練習的情況，希望能獲得一些幫助，謝謝。
